» Goods order: We accept a goods order by e-mail, fax, mail, telephone or personally. Time of delivery depends on the type and quantity of goods. The best selling things are usually immediately available even at bigger orders. Otherwise in agreed dates.
» Payment conditions: Cash payment or advance payment against pro-forma invoice into our bank account. An invoice with agreed maturity date is also possible at those regular customers who have concluded an agreement with us. In the case that a customer has not settled previous invoices, further goods will be given to him or her only after settlement of all previous invoices.
» Goods price: Prices are valid for take off from DANDY warehouse. Any goods belong into the ownership of DANDY firm until their complete payment. Prices are set by a price list. Present prices lists become invalid by issuing a new actual price list.

» Goods transportation: Goods may be delivered by our vehicles, taken personally or sent by mail (C.O.D.) eventually sent by transportation service or express. In the case of goods sending, the customer is compulsory to claim any mechanical damage of the package immediately at goods receipt at their transporter.
